Shipping Information
We will make and ship your order within two weeks. Shipping times should be added on top of that. All products are shipped by India Post from Pune. Orders from India are shipped by Parcel and international orders are shipped by International Air Parcel. India Post Track N Trace facility is available and a tracking number will be provided to you.
If your package has to be sent back to our office because it couldn’t be delivered to your address (wrong address/failure to pick up from your post office etc), the cost of reshipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Rates
To keep prices fair and transparent, we add a charge for the costs we incur on packaging and shipping. You will see this charge in your cart and checkout pages.
Estimated Times for Shipping
- India 5-6 days.
- International 10-20 days.
Some countries have much longer delivery times, and problems from customs and shipping errors. Order at your own risk, ArtRapid does not offer refunds for items lost during shipping, beyond any compensation given by the shipper.
International Shipping
Shipments outside of India may incur additional customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. ArtRapid does not take responsibility for possible fees. Packages may take considerably longer to arrive if your country has strict quarantine laws.
Returns Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged or have been sent the wrong product then we’ll be happy to replace it, provided you contact us within a week of receiving the product. Returns are not granted if you’ve changed your mind after purchase and want a refund. Write to [email protected] and let us know what you’re unhappy with.
